npt333 Terms & Conditions and Service Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full service agreement between you and npt333. By accessing the npt333 website, opening an account, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the platform. This document is written in Burmese and is the primary reference for all official operations.

npt333 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page. Continued play after any update means you accept the revised terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 or older to open an account at npt333. You confirm that you are 21 or older when registering. npt333 has the right to verify your age at any time.

2.2 Accurate Information Required

You must provide complete and accurate personal information when registering. Providing false information may result in account closure and loss of funds.

• Full name (must match your national ID or passport)
• Date of birth (must be able to prove you are 21 or older)
• Valid contact details (phone number, email)
• Your KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay number used for financial transactions

2.3 One Account Per Person Policy

Each person may only open one account at npt333. If duplicate accounts are found, all accounts may be closed and any bonus funds may be forfeited. This policy is in place to prevent bonus abuse.

2.4 Restricted Locations

Users accessing from countries where online gambling is not permitted by law may not use our services. If online gambling is prohibited where you live, you may not use npt333 — using a VPN or other technology to bypass this restriction will result in immediate account closure.

After opening an account, you are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure. If any issue arises, you must notify npt333 immediately.

• Change your password regularly and use a complex password
• Never share, lend, or sell your login credentials to any third party
• If you log in on a public computer, log out immediately after you are done
• Multiple failed login attempts may result in a temporary account lock by npt333

4.1 Deposit Methods

npt333 supports the following payment methods:

• KBZPay — Myanmar's leading mobile payment service
• Wave Money — a money transfer service with nationwide coverage
• AYA Pay — AYA Bank's mobile banking service
• CB Pay — CB Bank's digital payment service
• Bank transfer — KBZ Bank, AYA Bank, CB Bank, Yoma Bank, MAB Bank

4.2 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amount

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After a withdrawal request is approved, funds normally arrive within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing time may vary if additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

npt333 has the right to carry out the following checks before processing a withdrawal:

• Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer)
• Bonus wagering requirement completion check
• Anti-money laundering check
• Account check — funds deposited from one person may not be withdrawn to a different account

4.5 Currency Losses and Exchange Rate Differences

npt333 is not responsible for any bank fees or exchange rate differences that occur during deposit or withdrawal transactions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

npt333's welcome bonus is 120% of your first deposit — up to 200,000 Ks. To receive this bonus, you must enter the bonus code (if applicable) at the time of deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount. This means you can only withdraw winnings from the bonus once you have wagered an amount equal to 25 times the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be claimed once only — claiming the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts is not allowed.
• The bonus can only be used during play and cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.
• npt333 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion with prior notice.
• The initial deposit for a bonus can only be credited if the bonus code is entered correctly at the time of deposit — an incorrect code will result in no bonus being awarded.
• If you cash out after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program Cashback

The npt333 VIP program has 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move up each tier:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP tier progression is based on your play history and conduct on the platform. The wagering amount required for each tier will be set and announced by npt333.

6.1 Fair Play

npt333 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair game results. Game outcomes are audited regularly. Data security is protected with SSL encryption.

6.2 Technical Faults

npt333 reserves the right to modify or void any incorrect payout or game result caused by a technical fault. Any account found to have exploited such a fault may be closed and funds forfeited.

6.3 Automated Agent Prohibition

Bots, scripts, automated software, or any other tools used to automate gameplay are strictly prohibited. Any account found doing so will be closed immediately.

6.4 Football Betting

You may place bets on football matches at the published odds. If a match is cancelled, suspended, or changed, npt333 will handle the bet in accordance with its betting policy.

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the npt333 platform:

• Money laundering or any violation of financial regulations
• Collusion — players cooperating with each other to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for personal gain
• Renting out or selling access to your account
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Chargebacks — reversing payments without a legitimate basis
• Bonus abuse — using gameplay patterns with the deliberate intent to circumvent bonus rules

All designs, graphics, games, software, proprietary code, and visual content on the npt333 website are the intellectual property of npt333 or third parties with whom npt333 has a licensing agreement.

• Copying, distributing, modifying, or using website content elsewhere is not permitted.
• Reverse engineering npt333's games or software is not permitted.
• Unauthorized use of the npt333 brand will result in legal action.
• npt333 has the right to review any content posted by players on the platform to ensure no laws are being violated.

npt333 will not be held responsible for the following situations:

• Financial losses resulting from players' own gameplay
• Delays caused by issues with third-party banks or payment services
• Stability losses caused by players themselves (e.g. their own device being stolen)
• Game losses due to internet connection failures
• Force Majeure events beyond npt333's advance control

Since players use the npt333 platform on their own agreement on an "As Is" basis, only a service availability notice is provided. If the service needs to be temporarily suspended for any reason, npt333 will give advance notice as appropriate.

npt333 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms
• Duplicate or multiple accounts opened
• Incorrect personal information provided
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Found to be under 21 years of age
• Chargeback activity
• Player's own request to close the account (self-exclusion)

Any financial transactions during the closure period will only be processed for withdrawal after npt333 has reviewed them and confirmed that no legal violations are involved.

npt333 may amend these terms at any time with advance notice. Major changes will be announced via the email on your account or on the website.

If you continue playing after a change is announced, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree, you must stop playing and contact [email protected].
